Ayesha is an innovative Chief People Officer and employment attorney who uses her expertise to help companies drive business growth by developing their People & Culture functions. Ayesha has enjoyed tenures at headquarters of The Walt Disney Company, WeWork, Amtrak and other notable companies. Currently, Ayesha serves a fractional Chief People Officer for several corporations, is a Founding Member of CHIEF and a mentor/advisor for TechStars.

Ayesha is a mom of two teens, an avid traveler and a Lifetime member of Girls Scouts. Ayesha received her B.A. from the University of Florida (where she sits on the Alumni Board of Directors) and earned her J.D. from Howard University School of Law.
